Frequently Asked Questions

  • Helping people navigate change and flourish in the process.

Most of my clients are going through some type of change or are navigating a new life stage. Examples include changes in relationships (marriage, divorce, empty nest, aging parents), career shifts, retirement, and relocation. Our work often involves creating a fresh vision, developing confidence, and designing a plan for what’s next.

  • My work often centers on mindset, relationships, resilience, identity, and navigating change. Clients frequently come to me when they’re redefining what’s next, want to build confidence, or want to create a more optimistic and grounded outlook for the future.

  • Our sessions are conversational and action-oriented. I tend to ask questions to help you notice any patterns or identify where you may be getting stuck. You will have space to reconnect with what matters and move forward with purpose. You’ll leave each session equipped with tools you can use right away or experiments you can test out.

  • No. Many clients come to me with a sense that something needs to shift but aren’t sure where to begin. We start wherever you are.

  • If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or in the midst of a life change and you’re craving clarity, support, or a trusted guide, coaching can be a powerful place to start.

  • Absolutely. A chemistry call is essential. During this conversation, I’ll learn more about your goals and share my background and approach. It’s a great time to ask questions and get a feel for whether this work resonates. I always encourage people to speak with a couple of coaches to compare styles before deciding how to proceed.

  • Positive psychology is the science of well-being. The research focuses on what enables people to thrive, not simply survive. My coaching draws from this evidence‑informed field when working on mindset, resilience, emotional well‑being, relationships, and meaning.

  • No. Coaching is not therapy. Coaching focuses on where you are now and where you want to go. It’s forward‑looking and action‑oriented. While I hold degrees in counseling psychology and positive psychology, I am not a therapist. I refer out for deeper mental health concerns, such as depression or generalized anxiety.

  • Yes. I work with clients virtually, making it easy to connect from wherever you are.

  • While most of my clients are women, I also work with men and welcome all genders.

  • It varies based on your goals and what you’re navigating. Some clients prefer a 3-month engagement, while others prefer 6 months. I also offer periodic tune‑ups for clients. Session lengths are customized to meet my client’s needs and do not always follow the standard 3 or 6-month package.

  • Visit the “Let’s Connect” page and book a complimentary call! I’d love to learn your coaching objectives and share how I can support you.
