The Heart of My Work

Coaching and supporting women through various personal and professional life chapters has been my passion for over twenty years. As a life transitions and wellbeing coach, my favorite moments are when a client becomes unstuck and steps into the strongest, most capable version of themselves. When confidence grows, the future comes into focus, and mindsets begin to work for us rather than against us. That’s when the real magic happens.

My Style

Energizing. Easy to talk to. Insightful. These are the words clients most often use to describe me.

My goal is to be a thought partner on your journey. Someone who is objective, skilled at seeing patterns, and able to ask insightful questions at just the right time. I draw on evidence-informed tools rooted in positive psychology to offer a personalized approach to growth and flourishing.

This work isn’t about a quick fix. It’s about making real, sustainable shifts that lead you toward the life you want.

My Journey

It would be hard to support others through life’s twists and turns without experiencing a few of my own. After leaving a career in higher education, I had no idea what was next. Working with a coach helped me uncover a calling to support women in transition. This realization led me to a graduate degree in Counseling Psychology focused on life transitions. I later became a positive psychology-based coach and earned my PCC through the International Coaching Federation

Along the way, I navigated marriage, motherhood, multiple relocations, and the heartbreaking loss of my parents. More recently, I pursued a lifelong goal of earning a second graduate degree in positive psychology just before turning 60. It was finally time to lean into my philosophy, “If you are still breathing, what are you waiting for?

A Typical Day

Most days start with my favorite ritual: jasmine tea, a whole lemon, and mango honey. I’m not sure how that combination happened, but I’m hooked and highly recommend it. Before work, I usually lift weights with friends or head out for a walk to get my energy flowing.

The bulk of my day is spent working with clients, leading a boutique executive coaching firm, and recording episodes of the What’s Possible podcast.

Yoga has become my newer obsession. It helps me slow down, stay centered, and reconnect with what matters. Beach walks with family and friends are sprinkled throughout the week. Catching a great sunset is the icing on the cake.

On the quirky side, a favorite activity is setting the table. I love entertaining family and friends and sitting down together for a great meal at a table filled with flowers.
